How to recognize & correct dysfunctional thinking
A strategic guide to winning the war against TRUTH
A strategic guide to winning the war against TRUTH
By all accounts, the United States is no longer recognized as the beacon of democracy because as a nation we have not valued the truth. Most high school textbooks on American history have adopted the Lost Cause storyline, which casts the Confederate role in the Civil War as a noble and just cause. The Lost Cause is part of something bigger and much worse that seeks to cover up a dark secret.
Maintaining a single lie can spawn an entire eco-system of reality. The 7 Lessons from Bees expose the full extent of the original lie, which can be measured in terms of the knowledge it suppresses and the number of lives it has damaged or destroyed. There are things, important things, that we don’t know because knowledge of them has been suppressed. Our understanding of our own history and even of basic science has been fundamentally twisted to preserve the lie.
The act of maintaining belief in an untruth produces multiple neurological consequences. People who knowingly reject truth undermine their ability to think critically and make themselves susceptible to belief in absurdities. In short, they make their thinking dysfunctional. The 7 Lessons uses amazing facts about honeybees to help people see past erroneous assumptions, so deeply ingrained as to make us scarcely aware of them. These lessons will help you to recognize dysfunctional thinking, not only in others but in yourself. And ultimately, they will show you how to correct it.
Three things cannot remain long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth. – A Buddhist saying
There are some truths that once seen can never be unseen. You can reject them; you can pretend to ignore them; but you can never unsee them. The 7 Lessons are about these truths.
We are all victims of a deliberate effort to conceal the truth. Not everyone has equal potential but not because of the color of their skin or their genetic heritage. The authors pledge a minimum of ten percent of all proceeds from the sale of this book to help ensure that no child lacks the necessary nutrients so they will not be robbed of their potential.
The difference between people is not genetic. It is the same as the difference between bees. Nearly identical larvae will have vastly different biological outcomes depending on how they are fed in early life. Every so often, the hive will single out one larva and alter its diet. All bees consume royal jelly for the first three days of life. On day three, the diet for all bees is switched, except for the designated queen. She consumes royal jelly for the balance of her days. Every other bee consumes nectar. The queen has vast biological differences. She is roughly double the size. She lives for three years on average. Workers live only about six weeks during the summer. And she is the only bee that can produce offspring.
Just as with bees, so it is with humans. The way we are fed in early life will largely determine lifelong outcomes. Every molecule in a bee and a human comes from the foods we ingest. The lack of essential molecules compromises both physical health and brain function.
A human fetus born to an undernourished mother suffers lifelong consequences. Their brains will be smaller and less functional. They will on average suffer higher rates of chronic disease because of an underdeveloped immune system. They will perform worse in school and have behavioral challenges which will cause some to commit more crimes. Black people are more than two and a half times more likely to live in places where mothers don’t have access to proper nutrition.
Those in the scientific and academic communities who promote the idea of biological racial differences reject overwhelming conclusive evidence that would allow them to think differently. By concealing vital truth about the essential nature of nutritious foods, they perpetuate the grand illusion of racial differences and the injustice of preventable brain damage. Add to this the fact that we live in a society where low-nutrient processed foods are less expensive and more accessible. It is a recipe for perpetual inequality.
How you can make a difference
The 7 Lessons uses amazing parallels between the plight of bees and our own situation to demonstrate essential truths. This book will forever change how you think. You can use the knowledge it contains to win over people who have been seduced by the LIE. You can also make a difference by joining with us to feed the hungry. Support us by buying a copy of the book and by spreading the word. Together, we can make a big difference and help to heal this land.
